This position is responsible for day-to-day administrative, financial and supervisory functions of the Transplant Institute as well as long-term strategic planning. Specific responsibilities include: overseeing the transplant ambulatory practice, directing and supporting the managers of functional areas, and assuring adherence of all regulatory requirements. Developing and implementing business plans with clear objectives and timetables is a key part of this role. A bachelor's degree is required, although a master's degree in Business Administrations, Health Care is strongly preferred. Additional preferences include at least 5 years of related experience, including leadership in transplant center management. Also needed are an extensive knowledge of transplant finance and regulatory affairs, strategic planning and development, budgets, HR management, and clinical operations/practice management.
